ACT math scores 6% higher than WV average STEM, coding, and dual-credit biology courses enrich students’ science understanding and interest.
INSTRUCTION
Bible classes focus on the revealed Gospel throughout the Bible.
Biblical worldview is integrated in each class.
FORMATION
Teachers regularly pray for students and their families.
Conflict resolution is rooted in Matthew 18.

ATHLETICS
Sports teams include 2020, 2021, & 2022 state championship-winning basketball teams, volleyball teams, track team, soccer teams, and a 2019 state-championship winning fishing team.
CLUBS
A wide variety of clubs, including chess club, ski club, Student Council, and garden club give students ample opportunity to get involved.
FRIENDSHIP
Small class sizes, strong family involvement, and an encouraging environment promote acceptance and kindness among students. Students will find life-long friends at CBA.
MISSION
At Calvary Baptist Academy, young people will learn more about Christ and the Bible and will find encouragement to help them grow into Christ-like maturity. Students will develop academic perspectives founded on Biblical truth. They will be trained to apply these perspectives in order to reach high academic standards that will foster success in future educational pursuits, employment, ministry, and community involvement. With the aid of the Holy Spirit, teachers will encourage students to pursue academic and spiritual excellence by fostering the student’s individual, God-given talents.
